There is a quiet while she throws up before there’d be ‘That is not true. He…’ Pippi is quiet a moment, ‘It’s not my place to explain that far into his feelings but there is certainly nothing -friendly- going on here. How he feels…’ A huff before there is an added, ‘Are you alright? Do I need to get him regardless?’ Because she would. She had no problem with calling him back.

His mood doesn’t change much as he continues stalking for the appointed place. This was ridiculous to him and it -hurt- more than he wanted to admit. But there was a point in trying to keep others out of it. But it hurt more and more. And what was worse was that he was sure she was getting the wrong idea.
And that hurt more. ‘When I’m done here, I’m telling her…I can't…I can’t keep doing this. I don’t care what it costs me. I don’t.
She kept her body pressed against the porcelain, trying to figure out what had happened. “I’m okay Pippi. I don’t need him. Obviously he doesn’t need me either” she stated as she wiped off her mouth. Scrambling to get back up, she wobbled a bit. Cleaning off her mouth, Cana came out of the bathroom in a somewhat disheveled state.
“Whatever you do, don’t let him know Pippi” she said as she held the totem in her hand. “I know he and Laxus are already having problems. I don’t need to be the cause of team in-fighting. Honestly, I am hoping he comes to tell me that it’s all over. I don’t want to think about that, but I feel it coming soon. He’s Raijinshuu and I’m just the Drunk. That’s all I’ll ever be…damaged goods"
“…you guys….go on ahead. I’ll catch up in a few.” The blond stayed at his spot at one of the tables, watching the staircase where Cana had disappeared. “…”
Fifteen minutes later, Cana came out of the Master’s office with a wide grin. Even though he didn’t support her decision to not tell Laxus, she assured him that she was more than capable of taking care of a child. Going back down the stairs, she greeted everyone normally and went to the request board. Picking one of the easier jobs, Cana knew that she would have to take it easy for a while. Walking past her friends, she hugged Gray and Lucy and made her way out of the doors with a wide smile.
“Gray, I need to tell you something…Just wait for me, okay?!”
It wasn’t until Freed’s insistance that he really look at Cana that he took notice of the mug — normally Cana would’ve been through at least half a barrel by now. He frowned, brows furrowing in thought before his eyes widened. That’s why Freed was giving him that look. “….maybe we should go ahead and get things ready to leave tonight—”
Cana hugged Mira and spotted a chair coming towards her. Ducking quickly, she could see her friends eyes stop everyone else. “Thanks Mira” she smiled as she rushed to the top. “I’m going to see the old man. I’ll be back in a few” she smiled as she went up the stairs. Seeing the faint yellow spark cross the edge of her eyes, her smile faded. Cana could face him any other day. Today was all about the exciting news she would be giving the soon-to-be great-grandfather.
The sight of blood in Cana’s bed was something she was trying to get rid of. She couldn’t believe her luck. First getting food poisoning from the guild, then throwing up in the bathroom. Now waking up to fevers and unsightly blood loss. Cana rushed into the redheads room as she bolted out of her room. “Erza! Are you here? I need to tell you something” she cried as her eyes welled up. “Erza, where are you?”
She didn’t bother getting up that Thurdady morning. The sun shone bright through her apartment, yet Cana’s body just did not want to move. It was as if something had changed overnight. It was nothing of the unusal, but something was missiong. Looking to her left side of the bed, the imprint of the man besides her was gone.
Typical, they decided to keep it secret after all. It would make sense to leave before the rest of his team asked about their relationship. But that didn’t make things any easier as she tried to look around for any sign of him.
Cana was enjoying the time she spent with Hibiki after the Grand Magic Games. Seeing her friend, now boyfriend after weeks of talking on the phone made the Card Mge happy. Normally she would have brushed things out with anyone in the guild, but Hibiki was nothing short of a true gentleman. Even if Jenny gave her bad looks, Cana brushed them off.
“Hey hun, I just need to go to the bathroom a bit” she said as her face became a bit green. Trying to walk to the bathrooms, Cana’s balance fell. Trying to pick herself up, she wobbled a bit. “Did someone roofie my drink?” she asked a bit tiredly.
